Dallas police have now charged the man they arrested in the murder of a man last month.
On October 25th, a man named Clarence Howard was found fatally shot in front of an apartment unit near Highway 67 and Kiest.
Police have charged Garrett Hamilton with murder and a long string of other counts including drug possession, aggravated robbery and evading arrest. He's held on a combined bond of more than $2 million.
