Man dies after Dallas drive-thru shooting

A man has died after being shot at a Dallas Jack in the Box drive-thru early on Sunday morning.

Police say they received a shooting call at approximately 1:15 a.m. to 5757 N. Jim Miller Rd. They found the victim had driven his vehicle onto the nearby 2700 Highland Road where he subsequently died.

They determined that he was shot while waiting in the drive-thru by a man described as Black, around 20-years-old, of a slim build with afro style hair. The suspect was the passenger in a dark grey late-model, four-door Nissan - potentially an Altima. The car had dark tinted windows and they fled the scene prior to the police arriving.
