A man is behind bars in Tarrant County after being indicted in the February murder of an Arlington woman.
Officials say Marissa Grimes vanished from her home in mid-February not long after a man named Valerian Osteen got out of jail on bond after being arrested on two domestic violence charges.
Police say they suspected Osteen and got warrants to search a Fort Worth home where Grimes' body was found underneath the pier-and-beam foundation.
Osteen's indictments include not just the murder charge but other counts like aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and unlawful restraint.
