After being on the run for three weeks, a man is locked up in Fort Worth, charged with murder in the shooting death of a Dallas businessman last month.
Police say shooting suspect Markyn West was booked into the Tarrant County jail Wednesday.
On the morning of August 15th reports say a man named Chin "Jin" Shin was gunned down following a minor car accident on South University near I-30.
A car driven by Shin had a minor collision with a car occupied by three women. Police say a man arrived to support the women and that's when Shin was fatally shot. Fort Worth police say West was the shooter.
A GoFundMe page has been created to help Shin's family with expenses.
