A man is in the hospital after being shot in North Richland Hills Wednesday evening.
About 8 p.m. a man called 911 from a motel room on Boulevard 26 near Loop 820.
Police found him bleeding badly and immediately applied a tourniquet to his leg.
One he was stabilized, he was rushed to the hospital and was reported to be in serious condition.
Police are not saying who shot the man -- or why.
