McKinney police have arrested three suspected jugging thieves.
Jugging is when criminals target people who withdraw money from the bank, then wait for opportunities to steal it.
Earlier this month McKinney officers noticed a car used in a previous crime and pulled them over after seeing the people inside swap out the paper tag on the car. One of the men in the car confessed.
Dominique Hardy, Detavius Beal, and Jawilton Curry are charged with Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity.
Police say they are from the Houston area and are suspected of at least 4 jugging incidents in McKinnney.
