Three men are jailed in Arlington where the search for the fugitives caused lockdowns at two elementary schools on Wednesday.
The campuses at Wimbish World Language Academy and Pope Elementary were locked down because they were close to the police search area near Randol Mill and Fielder Road.
Based on a tip, police went there looking for a man wanted in a recent violent crime. Department Commanders are not saying which violent crime.
Late Wednesday night they said they'd found the suspect and two other men considered persons of interest.
All three suspects were taken to the Arlington city jail and are now locked up. No names have been released and charges are pending.
