Midlothian coach loses battle with rare form of cancer

An Assistant Coach in Midlothian is being remembered after he lost his battle with a rare form of cancer.

The district announced that Coach Clif White passed away Saturday at his home. He was just 36 years old.

Coach White was diagnosed in May with  Stage IV urachal cancer.

The district says Coach White was the head coach of the Freshman team, and an assistant coach for the varsity team. He had been with the district for 12 years.
