The parties in the Aaron Dean murder trial have waited a long time to find out whether the trial will be moved out of Tarrant County.
They will now wait a little bit longer.

Dean, a former Fort Worth police officer, is charged with murder in the shooting death of Atatiana Jefferson in October of 2019.
Among the pre-trial motions before Judge David Hagerman is one requesting a move out of Tarrant County.
But during this morning's proceedings, Judge Hagerman informed the court that that motion will not be heard today.
"We're going to skip over the change of venue, because that's going to be heard tomorrow," Judge Hagerman announced during this morning's hearing. "If the Court were to hear testimony tomorrow and deny the change of venue, the court would, of course, make a ruling that any change of venue could be re-urged by the defense at a later date."
Dean's lawyers maintain that due to intense media coverage of the shooting and aftermath, it will be impossible for him to get a fair trial in Tarrant County.
The hearing will resume tomorrow morning at 9:00 a.m.; when it does, the first motion Hagerman will consider is a request by Dean's lawyers to further delay the start of the trial, since a couple of key witnesses are currently out of state.
Currently, Dean's murder trial is scheduled to begin January 10th.
