
The Dallas-Fort Worth area remains one of the top housing markets for home buyers. That's the conclusion of Opendoor, the online buyer and seller of residential real estate.
Analyzing US Census Data, Opendoor claims North Texas saw growth of an additional 170,000 people from July of 2021 to July of 2022.
Based on that, Opendoor lists the Top Ten neighborhoods where people are buying houses from the start of this year. Four of them are in Collin County, indlucing McKinney, Prosper, Frisco and Celina.
Two are in Denton County - Aubrey and Little Elm. Two are in Tarrant County - Haslet and the part of Fort Worth along the east side of Eagle Mountain Lake.
The ninth is Royse City in Rockwall County and the tenth is Forney in Kaufman County.
