Police are investigating a deadly shooting in far North Fort Worth.
It happened shortly after noon in a neighborhood near 287 and Harmon Road. Paramedics could not save the man, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. Officer Jimmy Pollozani says while the circumstances surrounding the shooting remain unclear at this time, there is no threat to the general public.

"All parties involved in this investigation are cooperating with the investigation," Pollozani said. "They do have one person of interest in custody being interviewed by our homicide detectives."
The identity of the victim has not yet been released.
