Dallas police have arrested one of the men they've been looking for since last Friday when a woman and her dog were killed in a street racing hit-and-run in east Dallas.

Dallas Police Chief Eddie Garcia announced the arrest yesterday, saying Brayan Ontiverosmontoya was now jailed on two charges; causing an accident involving death, and racing on a highway causing serious bodily injury.
Police say they know who the other driver is but have not been able to track him down yet.
A week ago, 73-year-old Linda Pearson was killed while crossing the street near Ferguson Road and Highwood Drive. At that moment, two speeding cars were racing one another. One of them struck Pearson and her dog, leaving them both to die.
