Nearly two months after conjoined twin sisters were separated at Cook Children's Medical Center in Fort Worth, one of the babies has gone home.

In January, 16-week-old sisters AmieLynn and JamieLynn Finley were separated in a ground-breaking 11-hour operation. Their parents, Amanda Arciniega and James Finley of Saginaw, said they were "overjoyed to reunite with their girls and see them in their separate cribs."

Since that time, the hospital said the girls are growing and hitting their milestones. The couple has taken JamieLynn home. Cook Children's said AmieLynn may be able to go home in about a month.
