A former radio disc jockey accused of sexually assaulting a teenage girl has reached a plea deal.
Justin Frazell, 48, pleaded guilty to a sexual assault charge and was sentenced to seven years of deferred adjudication.
In doing so, Frazell admitted to sexually assaulting a 17-year-old girl during a New Year's Eve party inside his Mansfield home in 2020.
At the time of the incident, Frazell hosted the morning show on the Fort Worth country music station 95.9 The Ranch.
Shortly after his arrest in March of 2021, the station fired him.
A grand jury indicted Frazell in November of 2021.
The Tarrant County District Attorney's Office says the victim and her family agreed to the plea deal.
Frazell will need to register as a sex offender, may not possess firearms or use alcohol or drugs.
