Dallas Police are asking for help locating Leonard Lamar Neal, 41, who is the suspect in abduction of two children. He is wanted for aggravated kidnapping, kidnapping, and aggravated sexual assault of a child.
A 7-year-old Dallas girl was found after she was kidnapped for about 12-hours on Sunday triggering an AMBER Alert.
Dallas Police said she was found wandering near an apartment complex just after midnight Monday.
Kristin Lowman of Dallas Police said this all started around noon Sunday when the girl and her 9-year-old sibling were walking near an apartment on Argentia.
As they were walking, the two children were approached by a black male, approximately 30 years old, short dark hair, in a gray crossover type vehicle with spots of color missing. The man offered a ride to the children, who got into the car.
The man drove to a convenience store at West Kiest Blvd and South Polk Street, about three miles away where the 9-year-old was dropped off. The man then drove off with the 7-year-old.
An AMBER Alert was issued at 6:30 p.m. and about six hours later the girl was seen wandering along the street near the apartment where this started.
Anyone with information on his location should call 911.
