The search for what made a Dallas man murder eight people in Allen has led to some very dark corners of the Internet.
On Sunday, Texas DPS officials identified 33-year-old Mauricio Garcia as the gunman who opened fire at the Allen Outlet mall and who was himself killed by a police officer ending the rampage.
Police sources are quoted as saying that Garcia's social media posts, hundreds of them, are filled with violent, racial and ethnic threats of a neo-Nazi nature.
Reports say Garcia was wearing a tactical vest with a patch bearing what investigators call a neo-Nazi acronym.
Not only did he have a pistol and a rifle on him when he died, police found more weapons and more ammo in his car parked at the mall.
