GRAPEVINE (1080 KRLD)- Police are searching for 33-year-old Cesar Soto, who they say attacked an Uber Driver outside the Amli Apartments in Grapevine yesterday morning. Police say Soto stabbed the driver several times before robbing him.
“The suspect stabbed and took the car of the Uber driver, so we were looking for that vehicle,” says Amanda McNew with Grapevine police. “Our officers did locate that vehicle yesterday.”
McNew says officers recovered the knife in the car. Though he may not be armed, police say Soto could still be dangerous. Anyone who sees him or knows where he might be is asked to call 9-1-1.
Residents of that apartment complex called 911.
The driver was taken to a hospital and is expected to recover from his injuries.
