Mojy Haddad has a small strip shopping center across Collins Street from Viridian, a 2,000 acre development on the north side of Arlington.

Haddad says he's trying to attract upscale restaurants and other amenities to his shopping center and he believes an equally upscale liquor store will make his location more attractive.
