Frisco real estate agent Jenna Ryan is going to jail for marching through the US Capitol during the January 6th riot.
She will report sometime after January 3rd to serve 60 days behind bars.
Ryan spent about 2 minutes in the Capitol, tweeting she was at war, but then claiming to federal investigators she knew nothing about the violence that had taken place.
Ryan tells KRLD she has few regrets from that day and believes her sentence was harsh because the judge wanted to make an example out of her.
Additionally, Ryan says the tweet that she would, "never go to jail because she was blonde, white and had a good job", was taken out of context.
