SAGINAW (1080 KRLD) - Police were dispatched to Cook Children's Medical Center in Fort Worth on the night of October 1 on a report of a 10-month-old boy showing signs of abuse, suffering from both head trauma and bruising.
Kyson Harris was placed on life support; but unfortunately, he died of his injuries Friday evening.
Saginaw Police had arrested Kyson's mother's boyfriend, Dennilson Alejandro Uk, 22, and charged him with serious bodily injury to a child.
Police expect that charge to be upgraded once they and the Texas Rangers complete their investigation.
They say Kyson's mother is being very cooperative and faces no charges.
