The Junior League of Collin County’s 27th Annual 'Neath the Wreath Holiday Gift Market is happening this weekend. Starting Thursday, Nov. 10 and running through Sunday, Nov. 13, you can visit the Marriott Dallas Allen Hotel & Convention Center to shop from over 130 small businesses.
