Police say he was taking upskirt photos of women in Lake Worth, and they want to find him.
The Lake Worth Police say the man used his cell phone to record a woman who was changing. When confronted, police said he fled in a white SUV.
Although they did not say where the offense took place, they want any other potential victims to call investigators.
"Criminal activity of this type is incredibly disturbing and will never be tolerated in our community," Lake Worth Police said in a statement.
Police are circulating a security picture of the man and the SUV, hoping for tips to help get him off the street. The photo of the man shows him in a blue T-shirt with the word "RESPECT" printed on the front.
