A man is now locked up in the Collin County jail, accused of murdering a Frisco High School student Friday night.
Police found 17-year-old Chineye Jones already dead at the Stewart Creek Apartments. A man was also wounded and remains in the hospital.
Yesterday, police captured the man they've been looking for. Artis Ray Martin is jailed on charges of murder and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Police believe Martin knows both victims but they're not saying what the shooting was all about.
