Teen charged with intoxication manslaughter following deadly Frisco crash

A fatal crash in Frisco has left one man dead and a teenager charged with intoxication manslaughter.

The crash happened around 7:30 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of Hwy 380 and Coit Road. Investigators say 19-year-old Tello Hernandez was driving east on 380 when he crashed into a light pole.

The passenger in his car was thrown from the car. He was rushed to the hospital where he died. The victim has been identifed as 21-year-old Erick Gonzalez of Frisco.

Hernandez was arrested and charged intoxication manslaughter. No other cars were involved in the crash.
