Police have one person in custody in connection with a fatal shooting on Sunday.
Investigators say 21-year-old Felix Rios had gone to Helen Wessler Park on Greenway Street Sunday afternoon for a fight, but was shot when he arrived. He was taken to a nearby hospital but died from his injuries.
Arlington Police 17-year-old Christian Gonzalez has been charged with murder. Police say he shot Ross and then fled the scene, but was later captured.
"We are trying to locate the gun and determine how a teen was in possession of a gun in the first place," Arlington police chief Al Jones said in a message posted on Twitter.
