Texas named fourth-worst state for drunk driving

There are a lot of drunks behind the wheel in Texas, and they're causing a lot of fatal wrecks according to a recent report.

A car insurance company looked at numbers from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration which found that Texas is the fourth-worst state for drunk driving.

Mississippi has the highest rate per capita for drunk driving fatalities. South Carolina and New Mexico finished second and third, ahead of Texas.

Texas finished the two-year period of the study with more than 5100 drunk driving traffic deaths.
