Dallas Arboretum: Dallas Blooms

Dallas Blooms, the Southwest’s annual floral festival featuring the Great Contributors bronze sculpture collection is here. Flower Mound Easter Egg Scramble

Bring your kiddos to Jake's Hilltop Park as the Town celebrates the annual Easter Egg Scramble! Shearing Fest: Alpacas & Artisans

TX-Ture Farm’s 3rd Annual Shearing Fest – Alpacas & Artisans is coming down on Saturday. The alpaca’s coats are coming off! Come celebrate the fleece harvest with demonstrations, local artisans, live music, food, and fun activities. The Alpaca Shearing happens between 9 a.m. - 1p.m. Mark Loffhagen returns from New Zealand and will demonstrate the art of shearing over 50 alpacas and a few llamas. Spring Festival – A Victorian Eggstravaganza

The event features an egg hunt with thousands of prize-filled eggs for children ages 10 and under. Guests of all ages will delight in the joys of spring on the Blackland Prairie with the shearing of the Farmstead’s sheep and a variety of other family-friendly activities.

The event will also include historic exhibits, mule drawn wagon rides, food trucks, up close and personal encounters with their farm animals and chickens and photo ops. Egg Hunts are scheduled every 30 minutes starting at 9am and guests will purchase tickets based on your child’s age.
