The Texas Department of Public Safety says three fugitives on its "Ten Most Wanted" list are back behind bars.

Troopers had been looking for 47-year-old Patrick Paul Carrier of Houston for more than a year. He had prior convictions for murder and drug possession and was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

The DPS is also removing 28-year-old Eduardo Fuentes of Edinburg from its Most Wanted list. He was wanted on two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and was captured in Edinburg.

The US Marshals Service has captured 25-year-old Jaquille Chefney of Austin. He had warrants for aggravated sexual assault and arson.
