Police said when they tried to pull over a wanted man near Keechi and Winona streets, he took off on foot.

Police said the man is Hispanic, in his mid-30s with short hair, and was last seen wearing jeans and a maroon t-shirt. The t-shirt was found discarded, and he may be in a white tank top or shirtless. Police asked anyone who sees him not to approach him but to call 911.
