DALLAS, TX (1080 KRLD) - Dallas Police say they have arrested the man who struck a man riding his bike earlier this week, killing him.
Police are now saying they have arrested 29 year old Kenneth Connors the third - and have charged him with accident involving death, a second degree felony.
Earlier this week police asked for help finding the person who crashed into 45-year-old Billy Watley while he was riding his bike along Kleburg Road.
Doorbell camera footage shows the driver get out of his SUV, get back in - then drive off without helping the victim.
Connors is now in the Dallas County Jail.
