Dallas County has been ground zero for the monkeypox disease that's been making the rounds in Texas over the last couple of months.

The state has more than 450 cases, and Dallas County has about 40 percent of them (175) at last count.

There have also been 35 cases in Tarrant County, 10 in Denton County, and eight in Collin County.

There are vaccines available, but they're slow to roll out so far. The demand is growing all over the state.

On Wednesday at 6 p.m., the city of Dallas will be holding a virtual town hall to talk about monkeypox. You can watch it here.
