
The Centers for Disease Control is making a change to its rules for one travel industry.
Starting Saturday the CDC's COVID-19 rules will be voluntary for most cruise ships. The required rules had an expiration date of Saturday after cases spiked in October.
The industry has some of the toughest standards for passengers, and they have only seen positive COVID case numbers of less than one percent overall.
