A man in the Dallas area who wasn't the happiest with his drive-through order decided to take a step up from leaving a nasty comment on Yelp, instead taking out a firearm and shooting into the restaurant.
Christian Ellis, 19, went through a Dallas-area Wendy's on Aug. 17 at 8 p.m., and after arguing with staff while in the drive-through, he left the establishment before returning and entering the building with a firearm which he discharged in the building, according to Frisco police.
No one was hurt in the shooting, but Ellis has since been arrested and charged with felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, police shared. Now, Ellis could see up to 20 years in prison for the second-degree felony.
Police were able to identify Ellis by "vehicle information and video evidence" that was obtained in the investigation.
There were also two other people in the car with Ellis when he went into the drive-through, and police shared they were also arrested.
Wendy's has commented on the shooting, saying that it was "reprehensible and senseless" for Ellis to commit the "act of violence."
"We will continue to work with local law enforcement as they continue their investigation," Wendy's said.
