
PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A pair of teenage brothers were shot in West Philadelphia Thursday afternoon outside the University of the Sciences campus.
Just before 3 p.m., police say a 16-year-old was shot in the right arm and his 18-year-old brother was shot eight times.
The 16-year-old is expected to recover, but his older brother was shot in the legs and arms and is in critical condition at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center.
It happened on Woodland Avenue near 46th Street.
Investigators are at the scene, but no weapons have been recovered and no one has been arrested.
