PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — COVID-19 fatigue is a very real phenomenon and we need to take steps to fight it.

Think about this fact:  a Kaiser Family Foundation poll conducted in mid-July found that more than half of U.S. adults said their mental health has been negatively impacted due to worry and stress over the coronavirus.

It is now mid-November, and COVID-19 fatigue is sweeping the country. So, how do we fight it?

We need to truly believe things will change in time and we all need to ground ourselves. It is important to search for safe activities that bring us joy. Taking care of our bodies is more important than ever, and we should focus on things we can control.
