Life has been stressful, but we are definitely getting closer to the point where even the most cautious of us will soon be able to consider getting out and about.
So, now may be time to start knocking off the excess pounds. Instead of sitting around the house and feeling down, look at it as an opportunity to pay more attention to your health.
If you have exercise equipment, use it. If not, get exercise by walking outside — and maintaining a social distance. You can also use this time to modify your diet.
The same thought processes that caused you to gain weight can be used to get you back in shape.
