PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A man has been charged with murder in the fatal shooting of a 13-year-old girl earlier this year.
Back in April, the victim, 13-year-old Alezuana Carter, was found with a gunshot wound to the mouth in a Frankford apartment.
She had been missing for six months prior to the discovery of her body.

On Friday, 25-year-old Luis Rodriguez was arrested and charged with murder and related offenses for his alleged involvement in the shooting.
