In fact, the better you stick to a stable routine, whatever time of day, the better for your overall health.
The first step is making sure you get enough sleep. Do everything you can to get your eight hours — even if you have to break it up into segments.
Another important step is to darken the bedroom. Try to reduce the additional light exposure. And try to eat a balanced diet. All of these steps can help
