PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Thirteen kids were taken to the hospital after the school bus they were on was rear-ended.
It happened in Chester Township, Delaware County, around 3:45 p.m. Monday — the first day of the school year.
A representative for the Chester Upland School District said none of the Toby Farms Intermediate School students were seriously hurt.
By 6 p.m., they were all released from the hospital and reunited with their families.
