PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Police are looking for a group of carjackers who held a man at gunpoint at a Germantown gas station last week and took off with his car.
The Philadelphia Police Department Northwest Detective Division released surveillance video from the Sunoco station at 5901 Wissahickon Ave. showing the incident.
On Friday, March 11, at 12:38 a.m., as the victim was walking to his car, a black Mercedes-Benz E-Class Wagon with chrome trim around the windows pulled up next to him. Surveillance video shows three men getting out of the car with guns drawn.
The men took possession of the victim’s white BMW, and the suspects took both cars in the direction of Lincoln Drive.
