PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Police say a man has been arrested and charged in connection with the killing of Aruna Mittal, who was found shot dead inside her Philadelphia business Tuesday afternoon.

According to investigators, Robert Jiles, 64, followed Mittal as she entered her check cashing business on Old York Road near Grange Avenue in the Ogontz neighborhood of North Philadelphia, and forced his way inside.
