As Winter Storm Izzy continues to pound the eastern part of the U.S., one Pennsylvania high school coach is assigning his players a workout that will also serve the community.

Brian DeLallo, the head football coach at Bethel Park High School, which is located in the Pittsburgh area, took to Twitter to announce he was cancelling the day’s scheduled weightlifting. Instead, he handed out a more interactive assignment: Find an elderly or disabled neighbor and shovel their driveway for them.

DeLallo also had one more rule for the task. He told his players not to accept any money or payments for the good deed.

When his tweet drew a number of responses from social media offering kudos, DeLallo responded with another tweet, replying, “I just did my driveway. Will need to make a second pass tomorrow. It really is a great workout, at least for an old man like me.”
