For the Disney online contest enter starting at 12:00 am (ET) on December 08, 2025 and ending at 11:59 pm (ET) on December 21, 2025 by going to https://www.audacy.com/mix1051/contests, clicking on this contest's link, and completing the online entry form. You may enter up to one (1) time per day per valid email address. Sometime after 10:30 am (ET) on December 22, 2025 up to one (1) winner(s) will be randomly selected from all entries received, and upon verification of eligibility will receive four (4) Florida Resident Disney Pixie Dust Pass with each pass set to expire on January 7, 2027 (a “Pass”). Each Pass has an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Five Hundred Twenty and 79/100 United States Dollars (US$520.79) including tax. 

Please note the following restrictions:

• Theme park reservations may be required and are subject to change. Reservations are limited in number and subject to availability of Pass or Ticket reservations, applicable pass or ticket blockout dates and park capacity. Blockout dates apply at the discretion of Disney and may be subject to change without notice or liability.

• Passes and Tickets are nontransferable and are valid only during specific event dates and hours. Winning prize members must guard Passes and Tickets against loss, theft or damage.

• Certain theme parks, resorts, restaurants and other offerings may be modified or unavailable, limited in capacity, and subject to limited availability or closure. Theme park admission and offerings are not guaranteed.

• To visit the theme parks, valid admission is required for the same theme park on the same date for each person in the Group ages 3 and up.

• Disney, its parent, related, affiliated, and subsidiary companies and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or in any way related to the prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize and/or the promotions.

• Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of each of the prize winners, who will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of any prize valued at six hundred and 00/100 dollars ($600.00) or more.

• Promoter shall have the right, but not the obligation, to make any deductions and withholdings that Promoter deems necessary or desirable under applicable federal, state and local tax laws, rules, regulations, codes or ordinances.Otherwise, WOMX General Contest Rules apply and can be found HERE.

The winner(s) and any guest(s), if applicable, must comply with any and all COVID-19 vaccination, screening, testing, safety, and related requirements imposed or required by (if applicable) the Station, the venue, event promoter, sponsors, travel providers, hotels, governmental authorities or others in connection with the receipt, use, and redemption of the prize. Refusal to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize and no replacement or alternate prize will be provided. All cancellations are deemed beyond the control of the Station and its sponsors. This includes, but is not limited to, event cancellations due to any pandemic or epidemic constituting a public health emergency, including those subject to government-mandated quarantines, travel restrictions, or stay-at-home orders.  The Station and/or its sponsors shall in no way be responsible under any circumstances whatsoever for replacing, and/or for reimbursing any winner(s) with any form of compensation for, any prize(s) or portion(s) thereof forfeited due to the refusal of the winner(s) and/or their guest(s) to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements and/the cancellation of any event, nor will any alternate prize(s) be provided.

Redeeming and using the prize(s) in this contest requires for the winner(s) (i) to have a valid email address and an app-enabled mobile device capable of downloading and running a third-party mobile ticketing app (e.g., Ticketmaster, AXS, MLB, etc.); (ii) to install, or have already installed, such mobile ticketing app on their app-enabled mobile device; and (iii) to login into an existing user account or to sign up for a free user account with the third-party operating such mobile ticketing app by completing a form with all required information, including at a minimum first name, last name, and valid email address. THE PRIZE(S) IN THIS CONTEST CANNOT BE REDEEMED OR USED BY ANY MEANS OTHER THAN THE DESIGNATED THIRD-PARTY MOBILE TICKETING APP FOR THIS PRIZE. INDIVIDUALS WHO DO NOT HAVE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS, ACCESS TO AN APP-ENABLED MOBILE DEVICE AND/OR DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE FOREGOING REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REDEEM OR USE THE PRIZE(S) IN THIS CONTEST SHOULD THEY BE SELECTED AND VERIFIED AS A WINNER, WILL NOT RECEIVE A SUBSTITUTE PRIZE, AND SHOULD NOT ENTER THIS CONTEST.
