For the Online Contest: 7 Brew $50 gift card Giveaway contest between 6:00 am (EST) and 11:59 pm (EST) on Monday, March 3, 2025 through Wednesday, December 31, 2025 go to www.q104.com/contests and click on the “Enter To Win A 7 Brew $50 Gift Card!" contest, and fill out the required entry form and click submit. All submissions will require the name and address of your work/office building. At approximately once a week starting on 3/10/2025 and ending on 12/31/2025, there will be up to but no more than one (1) prize winner who will be selected once a week, for a total of four (4) winners per month, and upon verification of eligibility, will receive one (1) $50 gift card to 7 Brew Drive-Thru Coffee. Approximate retail value = $50.00. Winners and their submission must be associated with an office/work building. Winners must be 18 years old or over. Winners must be an Ohio resident. There is no expiration date on the gift cards.

At the end of each month (3/28/25, 4/25/25, 5/30/25, 6/27/25, 7/25/25, 8/29/25, 9/26/25, 10/31/25, 11/28/25, 12/26/25), one (1) winner from all eligible entries will be chosen as the grand prize winner. The grand prize winner will receive the following:

1. One (1) $200 gift card to 7 Brew Drive-Thru Coffee. ARV = $200.00. No expiration date on the gift card. Does not include tax or gratuity.

2. Twenty five (25) free drink coupons valid for medium drinks only. ARV = $5.50 per drink average. Does not include tax or gratuity.

3. Twenty five (25) t-shirts. ARV = $5.00. Sizes will vary and are upon availability.

4. Twenty five (25) small miscellaneous items (stickers, etc.) ARV = $25.00.

All prizes are provided by 7 Brew Drive-Thru Coffee. Deliveries will not be made to personal home addresses. Work/office locations must be in the Cleveland, Ohio metro area. Monthly grand prizes will be delivered to the office by the Q104 Morning Show on the following Thursday at 11:00 am on the following approximate dates: (4/3/25, 5/1/25, 6/5/25, 7/3/25, 8/7/25, 9/4/25, 10/2/25, 11/6/25, 12/4/25, & 1/8/26). Delivery dates are subject to change.

Total value of prizes is approximately = $235.00. There will be up to but no more than ten (10) grand prize winners in this contest.

The winner(s) and any guest(s), if applicable, must comply with any and all COVID-19 vaccination, screening, testing, safety and related requirements imposed or required by (if applicable) the Station, the venue, event promoter, sponsors, travel providers, hotels, governmental authorities or others in connection with the receipt, use, and redemption of the prize. Refusal to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize and no replacement or alternate prize will be provided. All cancellations are deemed beyond the control of the Station and its sponsors. This includes, but is not limited to, event cancellations due to any pandemic or epidemic constituting a public health emergency, including those subject to government mandated quarantines, travel restrictions, or stay-at-home orders. The Station and/or its sponsors shall in no way be responsible under any circumstances whatsoever for replacing, and/or for reimbursing any winner(s) with any form of compensation for, any prize(s) or portion(s) thereof forfeited due to the refusal of the winner(s) and/or their guest(s) to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements and/the cancellation of any event, nor will any alternate prize(s) be provided.
