How To Adjust To Daylight Savings Time

We spring forward this weekend. Which means more daylight, but less sleep. Here are five ways you can prepare so you don't feel AS tired.

1. Go in with a god base of sleep.
2. Start to gradually shift your sleep schedule a couple days before the time change.
3. Gradually push back your dinner time.
4. Switch all your clocks the day before DLS starts.
5. Start your day with sunlight, or a lamp that is similar.
