Texans WR Nico Collins carted off in wild-card against Steelers, ruled out with concussion

Texans wide receiver Nico Collins is officially ruled out with a concussion after leaving in the fourth quarter of Monday night's game.

Collins rode on a cart from the Texans' sideline to the locker room after a nasty fall in which his head slammed to the ground.

He struggled to make it to the sideline, where he was first evaluated before being taken on the cart, when Collins was seen with a towel over his head.

Collins has three catches for 21 yards. The Texans have been led in receiving by Christian Kirk, who has 111 yards on seven catches, including a touchdown and a few key third down conversions.

It's largely been a struggle for the Texans offensively, but they lead the Steelers 17-6 after a sack fumble returned for a touchdown by Sheldon Rankins, who collapsed the inside of the pocket as Will Anderson Jr. knocked the ball from Aaron Rodgers' hands.
