Ron Rivera is a battler.

The Washington head coach is battling cancer and he was showing some signs of fatigue while coaching on the sideline Sunday against the Baltimore Ravens.

During the first half, Rivera was seen sitting on the bench during breaks in the play and that continued into the second half.

"I had my moments where I felt pretty strong," Rivera said after the game, before adding there were other times when he felt his energy "waned" a little bit.

As the team’s left the field at the end of the half, Rivera was seen conducting a socially-distanced interview and was using a member of the PR’s staff shoulder for support.

Rivera missed a practice this week to receive cancer treatment. After Washington's 31-17 defeat, he said he received two bags of IV fluids prior to kickoff.

CBS reported Rivera did not have an IV treatment at halftime as he did during Week 1. Rivera started the second half coaching from the bench as Washington started on defense.
