Atlanta, GA----On Point with Juandolyn Stokes (OPWJS) is currently the top-rated show on WAOK! Stokes has been hosting the mid-day slot since February 2020 as the newest talk-show host on the station. Her current executive producer, Angela Greene has only been producing the show since October 2020. In less than 9 months this female duo has risen to the number 1 position on this male-dominated station.
"It feels great to have this happen in such a short time. I think this is an amazing milestone in the News & Talk format in this season of the woman. The voice and perspective of the black woman is essential to life. I started this show in the pandemic, so I know the issues that affect the lives of people," said Stokes.
Littel said, “I knew when I became Brand Manager that WAOK needed a female voice and presence and that she needed to be articulate, smart, and able to empower her audience and women; I found that person in Juandolyn."
"From my perspective, OPWJS is number 1 because of the time and attention that we have put into the content of the show. I would say my biggest contribution was adding attorney, CK Hoffler to Law and Legal. CK does not disappoint, ever!" Greene offered.
Other features of the show include, Medical Mondays, Sister Talk, The Wynn Report with Taos Wynn, School Days, Financial Thursdays with Hakeem Webb, and an unexpected listener favorite Friday Jazz. Greene is a jazz enthusiast and uses contemporary jazz as bumper music and the listeners love it.

They like that I can agree to disagree and still value their perspective. It is not Juandolyn Stokes show. I don’t think we have even scratched the surface. This estrogen just works," said Stokes.
Greene said, "It’s funny now, because Juandolyn did not accept my guidance willingly in the beginning. She fought me every step of the way, but it did not take long for her to realize I was here to help her be great, and she is. Now we are great friends and she trust me, and we’ve got mad Girl Power!"
