Dozens of shots rang out at Lumes Pancake House, located at 11601 S. Western Ave, around 1:50 p.m. Sunday. Police said five people were dining in an outdoot tent when a white-colored SUV pulled up and someone inside opened fired.

The 31-year-old was struck multiple times and taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said. Police believe he was the intended target.
