CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) - Two men were shot in a tow truck early this morning on the Northwest Side.
Chicago police said two 45-year old men were sitting in a tow truck in the 3600 block of North Avondale in the Irving Park neighborhood around 2 a.m. Friday, when a dark-colored SUV drove by and someone shot at them.
One man was hit in the abdomen and taken in fair condition to Illinois Masonic Medical Center. The other man suffered a graze wound to the head. He was taken in fair condition to Stroger Hospital.
Nobody is in custody.
